About the project
Vetify is a concept project done as part of the Google UX Design Certificate.
The problem
Patient registration is a tedious and time-consuming task that takes valuable time away from patient care.
The goal
Design a comprehensive veterinary practice management software that streamlines administrative tasks, enhances client communication, organizes patient records, manages appointments efficiently, and integrates seamlessly with diagnostic tools, aiming to optimize workflow and improve overall practice operations for veterinarians and their teams.

Foundational research was done to understand operational needs of veterinary clinics when registering a new patient.

Can only register new pets using a desktop or laptop.
Outdated software - PRODUCT
Most products are outdated in terms of functionality and interface.
Expensive software - FINANCIAL
The software is expensive and there's not a lot of alternatives.
User persona
Two personas were created in order to have a better representation of the end-users.

A journey map was developed to identify potential opportunities.
Starting the design
Information architecture and sitemap
A sitemap was defined to have a visual representation of the organization of the content.
Wireframes
Initial wireframes were created on paper and then digitalized on Figma.
